The investors, Prodi and Mota-Engil Mexico, issued an information note to publicly highlight “the shared interest in promoting new projects that give sustainable development to the Company and a long-term growth horizon”.

They also highlighted that the agreement expands their capabilities for the development, not only of infrastructures, but also of all the industrial services that nearshoring will require, such as energy, storage and operation and maintenance, where Duro Felguera has extensive experience.
