Duro Felguera has been awarded a Bronze medal by EcoVadis in recognition of its achievements in sustainability, after receiving an overall rating of 54 / 100 points in its Sustainability Assessment Report.
The objective of the EcoVadis evaluation methodology is to assess the quality of the Group’s management system through its policies, actions and results. The assessment focuses on 21 aspects grouped into four themes: environment, labour practices and human rights, ethics and sustainable procurement.
The result of this assessment allows us to give value and share the sustainability performance and alignment with Duro Felguera’s global best practices with stakeholders (customers, shareholders, partners, among others).
The study carried out by EcoVadis highlights the company’s work in the environmental field, a section in which Duro Felguera receives a score of 70 / 100 with a very positive evaluation of the implementation of environmental policies in the management of its activities.
