Duro Felguera Servicios has signed 3 contracts with a leading company in the chemical sector, Fertiberia, in what represents the return of our company to provide services in this sector. The contracts are for mechanical, electrical and I&C maintenance at three important plants located in Avilés (Asturias), Sagunto (Valencia) and Palos de la Frontera (Huelva). The contracts will have a duration of three years.
This collaboration agreement with Fertiberia contemplates that Duro Felguera will implement modern policies in the management of its assets and offer comprehensive support for the entire group, both in these activities and in future investments in its processes and in other renewable projects linked to ammonia and green hydrogen.
Fertiberia is a leader in the plant nutrition sector in Europe and also produces environmental solutions for industry and other sectors. The company has 14 production centres throughout the Iberian Peninsula and France. Fertiberia’s vision is to lead the green hydrogen value chain of the future in Europe to decarbonise agriculture and other sectors such as industry and transport, as well as to continue leading the development of sustainable solutions with high added value for crop nutrition.
