Remote low-cost medicine system to diagnose lung diseases.
Felguera Tecnologías de la Información is coordinating the research and development project entitled IB! 16-832 SYSTEM-EP: Remote low-cost medicine system to diagnose lung diseases. Other companies taking part in the project are Computer Shop Online S.A.C (Peru), Tesis Medical Solutions S.L. (Spain) and the Centro Tecnológico Fundación CTIC (Spain).
The goal of the SYSTEM-EP project is to develop a remote low-cost medicine system, designed specifically for the early diagnosis of lung diseases (for example COPD) in rural areas, especially those where the population is dispersed and/or access is complicated.
The SYSTEM-EP project, which started in January 2017 and will come to an end in December 2018, is subsidized by the CDTI (Project IB! 16-832), and is backed up by Ministry of Economy and Competitiveness, and is jointly financed by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF).
