Duro Felguera Servicios has signed three contracts to provide Operation and Maintenance services with Magnon Green Energy, the renewable energy subsidiary of Ence, for its plants in the Huelva Energy Complex.
These contracts include the Huelva 50 MW and Huelva 46 MW biomass power generation plants, as well as the Huelva 46 MW biomass treatment plant, and will have a duration of five years. In the case of the Huelva 50 MW plant, the new contract represents the continuation of the O&M service that Duro Felguera Servicios has been providing at this facility since 2012.
Magnon Huelva is a benchmark energy complex in Europe. Thanks to the renewable energy generated at these facilities, it is possible to cover the energy needs of up to 785,000 people, which would be equivalent to supplying the homes of the province of Cordoba. These three contracts reaffirm Duro Felguera Servicios’ excellent relationship with Magnon, with whom our company has been working since 2012. It also confirms Duro Felguera Servicios’ extensive experience and expertise in the management of biomass power plants, with a total capacity of 96 MW, which positions our group as a major player in the renewable energy sector.
